Pydun Technology Our CSR Commitment
Empowering the Future Through Inclusive Education
Empowering the Future Through Inclusive Education
At Pydun Technology, we believe that technology is a powerful equalizer—and access to technological education should not be limited by one’s socio-economic background. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts are deeply rooted in the idea of education equity, and our programs are thoughtfully designed to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity.
We are committed to creating a more inclusive learning ecosystem where every student, regardless of their background, gets an equal chance to learn, grow, and thrive in the digital world.
Free Internships for Underprivileged Students
As part of our CSR outreach, Pydun proudly offers completely free internships to deserving students from underprivileged backgrounds, especially those raised by single mothers—whether widowed, divorced, or due to any personal circumstance. These internships are designed to provide both training and career mentorship, equipping students with in-demand skills and the confidence to pursue careers in tech and development.
Our internship programs cover a range of high-demand fields such as:

AI & Data Analytics

Web Development

Mobile App Development

UI/UX Design

Digital Marketing
Students enrolled under this initiative receive structured training, live projects, mentorship support, and a soft copy certificate of completion—completely free of cost. Through this, we aim to level the playing field and ensure no talented student is left behind.
Free Bootcamps During Social Awareness Events
We also organize free short-term bootcamps during significant social occasions and awareness weeks, as part of our mission to raise consciousness and empower students with relevant skills.
For example, during International Women's Day 2025, we conducted a 3-hour free bootcamp on Data Visualization using Power BI, exclusively for women students. The session provided practical exposure to one of the most in-demand business intelligence tools today. The feedback from students was overwhelmingly positive, and each participant received a digital certificate to acknowledge their learning.
These bootcamps are not only about learning—they are about inspiring confidence, celebrating inclusivity, and providing a platform where anyone can start their tech journey.
Affordable Learning with Group Discounts

We understand that even small financial barriers can prevent students from accessing quality education. That’s why, beyond our free initiatives, Pydun also provides group-based discounts to ensure learning is affordable for everyone.

Whether it’s a group of friends, college classmates, or a student club, we offer special pricing packages for group enrollments, allowing learners to access our expert-led programs at significantly reduced rates. This encourages collaborative learning while making quality education more financially accessible.
Our Long-Term Vision
Our CSR efforts are not limited to one-time activities. At Pydun, we view this as an ongoing responsibility to our community. In the long term, we aim to:
- Expand our free internship seats every year
- Offer monthly bootcamps or awareness workshops
- Partner with NGOs, women’s organizations, and rural schools
- Launch a dedicated scholarship program for tech learners from low-income families
- Provide career guidance and mentoring support beyond the internship duration
We also plan to create a CSR Impact Report, which will publicly highlight how many students we’ve supported, trained, and mentored each year.
Building a Future that Includes Everyone
Every student deserves a chance to succeed. Every dream deserves support. Through our CSR programs, we are doing our part to reduce the digital divide, promote gender equality in tech, and create a more inclusive future for aspiring tech professionals.
We welcome institutions, student clubs, educators, and social welfare groups to collaborate with us. Together, we can ensure that no potential goes untapped just because of financial or social limitations.
